  1. What is EPP?
    EPP stands for Exclusive Partner Program. It is a program created for your organization that allows TELUS to offer discounted rates on Home Services plans. Home Services are only available for employees who reside in Alberta or British Columbia.
  2. Is the program available to existing TELUS customers?
    Yes. Existing TELUS customers can take advantage of this offer, however there are certain conditions that need to be met. Existing customers need to be out of their service agreement or within 6 months of their service agreement ending. A new 2 year service agreement will need to be signed in order to qualify. Existing accounts with retention or special offer discounts already present do not qualify for EPP discount  
  3. How much can I save?
    Discounts are customized based on the products and services selected. Savings come in the form of monthly credits and/or one time credits. When products and services are combined and bundled, we are able to offer the best value. Please visit our online webstore for the latest promotions and deals available.
  4. Can I add a service if I already have active services?
    Yes absolutely, in some cases we can even add a discount onto your current service when you add the new service.
  5. Are there any benefits to having an active TELUS Mobility account?
    Yes, if you already have mobility services with TELUS, we can add an additional discount to your Home Services account on top of your EPP discounts. Please note that the account needs to be under your personal name. Business / Corporate accounts are not eligible for this discount. If you are on a TELUS Consumer account, you can keep your number and move to an EPP plan. A $50 one-time account migration fee may apply and will be added on your next TELUS monthly bill.
  6. What products do you offer for EPP Home Services?
    EPP Home Services offers a full suite of TELUS Home Services including Internet, Optik TV, and SmartHome Security. Home Services are only available for employees who reside in Alberta or British Columbia. We are now offering SmartHome Security and TELUS Online Security to other areas in Canada as well.
